Grateful Dead Postcards of the hanging

Sinds het overlijden van Jerry Garcia in 1995 bestaat de Grateful Dead niet meer. Maar er ligt nog zoveel materiaal van deze band op de planken, dat er nog regelmatig een ‘nieuw’ album verschijnt. Op Postcards Of The Hanging staan elf Bob Dylan-covers die Grateful Dead sinds 1973 opnam. Het grootste deel komt uit de periode 1985-1989 toen de band samen met Dylan op tournee was. Leuk: in de afsluiter Man Of Peace is Bob zelf ook nog te horen! (MvP)
